Shipping Policy

Shipping

All U.S. shipping in excess of $75 will be shipped via standard USPS shipping. This does not include international shipping. Orders under $75 will have a different shipping rate at checkout. 

Shipping Timeline

Shipments are packaged and mailed between 12-48 hours after your order has been placed; unless the item is noted with a later ship date. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Express Shipping

Express shipping orders must be placed by 3pm (EST) in order to receive same day shipping. Items that are noted to ship between 5-7 business days do not qualify for express shipping. 

Lost Shipments

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. 

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
